Hawasli Homes was founded by Grosse Pointe native, Waref Hawasli, a licensed residential builder and real estate developer.

 

After moving back to his hometown of Grosse Pointe in 2014, Waref channeled his passion for architecture, design, real estate development, and the building industry and started investing in the Grosse Pointe, Detroit, St. Clair Shores and Roseville real estate markets. He started out buying neglected homes and adding value to them. After many years of purchasing, adding value and then selling several homes in the area, Waref developed a reputation of approachability, fairness, honesty, trust, integrity, creativity, attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and a highly respected project management code of ethics. It wasn't long before the local community started reaching out and requesting him to take on their various home building needs.
